Yesterday was not a good day!

I have cut way back on my coffee but Tuesday I had a cup at 8pm. Big mistake! I couldnt sleep. I had calories left so I had a bowl of granola. Well that messed me up yesterday. I woke up late and felt like crap all day, was sooo tired my legs ached and my stomach was bloated all day.

I will not midnight snack again. I will not have coffee at 8pm when I have to get up the next morning. It through off all of yesterday. Today I am up on time but with a headache. Already took something for it because I am determined to start a new today with the lessons I learned from the past 2 days.

I am going to Curves today and will hopefully have some good news since its my check in day there. Been 30 days!! Time to measure!

    Congratulations on being so in tune with your body that you know what the problem is! Would you have put that all together a month ago? Celebrate that knowledge!

    Nope I wouldnt have at all. Another thing I just can not eat because of the bloat and pain is the wasa multigrain. I can eat the others but that one just wrecks my tummy for the rest of the day!

    I think the best way to make the change is to recognizze what works for our bodies and what does not. Not be afraid to try new things, and not expect a quick fix. Yes quick would be nice BUT nothing in life worth anything was ever easy, how would you learn to appreciatge it?
