Need Motivation

Quick Background: I realized last semester that as I entered college, I was the "fat friend". I ate my emotions and through the first semester, gained at least 20lbs. I've always been larger, but this was just crazy. I am a "resolution-er" in that I decided this year I would change things. Since I've gotten back to school from winter break however, I'm finding it difficult to stick to my diet. I do P90 in my dorm with either 30DS or cardio at the gym.
Tonight, I was talking to my boyfriend and sent him a silly video of me doing the kicks from P90. He's been super supportive of me losing weight, even though he tells me I look fine now. When I got done and watched the video I was going to send him, I realized that every time I moved, my entire body giggled. I checked my weight and realized I've actually gained weight in the last few weeks and my measurements have gone up as well.
I'm in serious need of motivation and people who will support me and give me advice when I need it. The people I have now, aren't really in it for the help, just for themselves, and are essentially starving themselves at 500-1000 cal/day. I swear I'm nice and don't bite!
