Question re TYPE of calories

I keep reading you must eat all your calories, well my question is does it matter what type of calories they are - for example if you eat a big donut a day but are still within your calories would you lose the same as if you calories were mainly used up with healthy food? Thanks...

nope it doesnt matter
as long as youre within your calories.. i try to hit at least 100g of protein as well but once i hit protein and calories i eat what i want for my exercise cals
