Sprained ankle. How do I excercise?

Hi everyone! I sprained my ankle about a week ago and am mainly limping around ..feel really sad that I have to stop my normal jogs/ elliptical session, I also help celebrate 2 birthdays in the past week and as a result have gained 2 kg in this short time!! Any ideas on how to burn all this excess calories whilst waiting for my ankle to mend?

    Hello, I have had foot/ankle surgeries. I laid in bed and would to leg lifts and crunches. also 5 lb weights and do basic movement. It did help me. since I have fallen in to a life change and gained weight I had lost and am starting over again. Best of luck to you. You can do it!! Katie
