Hi all

I am planning to make some chinese chicken legs or drumsticks this week. The chicken I buy will come with the skin on, but I am going to take the skin off before marinading & cooking. Usually I use skinless chicken breasts to cook with, but I think this will be better with chicken on the bone. The cals for the chicken leg with skin is 257, and for the drumstick is 77 cals. So, what would you count them as once the skin is removed? I've had a look at the database but the NV's vary really widely. I guess I need to have a rough idea of the NV's on the skin to subtract it from the total. I have tried googling but am still confused!
Any ideas?
