Morning Pebbs!
Today is sugar day! I am adding sugar back into Alex's diet. We'll see how he does! I hope he doesn't have bad reactions because it would be hard to eliminate or even severely limit. Now that I am loading him up with sugar, we are going grocery shopping and we have to go to four different places. Yikes! This could be fun!
If I am not completely worn out from shopping then I will try to do taebo or Shred this afternoon. I did Shred yesterday and thought I was going to die, but I didn't. I don't know what's wrong with me.
Alex's mouth looks almost normal again (amazing how fast he healed up!), except for the crooked tooth but it's not that bad.
I'm off to shop! Have a good boogaloo!

Morning, my pebbs,
Had my meltdown yesterday. . .I'd actually been waiting for it, due to the lack of vigorous exercise and all the quiet time with myself. I'm just so frustrated by the lack of answers, and frankly ready to just go check myself into a psych ward. . .as I'm obviously crazy and only imagining that I'm falling down tired all the time.
Then, I googled the symptoms for diabetes and, well, uh-oh. But, I was also convinced I had mono a few weeks ago, so I'm trying to just let it go and not imagine things. Was slightly reassured to learn in a phone conversation with my brother that he also has high cholesterol (he runs half marathons and such) so I felt a bit better. Up until then, I'd been questioning every serving of gelato I'd ever eaten.
Oh, yeah. . .I also plan to do yoga today. Had a gold-star moment yesterday. My trainer did a 90 minute thai massage with me (assisted stretching and yoga poses, essentially). Later in the day, I felt sore but relaxed from it, and decided to do a guided meditation in savasana. (30 minutes) I counted it, gave myself a star for it. It felt good.
I've also made my plan for post 30 days of yoga workouts. Here's a hint: they involve a lot more yoga.

Hey everyone. Still kinda low-energy. I didn't sleep very well last night, so that's probably the main reason. I have a hard time winding down at night - it took me over 1.5 hours to fall asleep. Maybe I should try that evening yoga podcast that Vivia mentioned.
Today's goals are:
log my food (I didn't yesterday because I went out for lunch and didn't feel like guessing)
Zumba
pushups
V, I don't think you're crazy. Well, not much, anyway.Good luck being patient until you have some better results from the doc.

V - if it makes you feel better, I've been a veggie for well over 20 years and I have high cholesterol (or did until recently, now just my good cholesterol is low). My dad has it too and exercises about 3 hours a day. We have the same veins too - can't get a needle to stay in them. I'm amazed how many things are genetic.
I'm still a little sore - or I'm re-sore from yesterday. Another walk/jog and yoga session. Did my new version of side crow. Would be interested to see what I look like doing it. Today might have a bike ride in as I need to go to the library - as well as a walk and another yoga session with severe teacher. If this yoga session is as depressing as the others, I'm going to kiss my money good-bye and not go to another one with her.

Aw Viv, that introspection can be a killer -- it lurks around and then comes at ya during your down time! You're doing the right thing so just keep on doin it.
I'm off to the gym right NOW before I get sucked into the web. While I'm there I'll do legs and cardio.
Other goals:
~ vitamins
~ water
~ add in more fiber
