Ankle Pain

I have broken both of my ankles at different times. My left talus is toast, and I have no cartilage and pretty bad arthritis in that ankle... It always bothers me a little, and I don't run, because of it. But sometimes, as this morning, it bothers me ALOT, as in I can hardly bear to put any weight on it at all.. I don't use Ibuprofen regularly, but when it's bad I take 800 mg.. Sometimes it helps, other times not so much.
my ankle was hurting so bad this morning I wanted to cry and quit, just during the warm up... after one set of pushups and one set of situps, the pain disappeared... Endorphins?? I did take some IB this morning, but the pain relief was like a light switch once I started my HIIT routine (I do push ups sit ups and squat thrusts for the "sprint" phase)...

Weird isn't it? Exercise helps many forms of arthritis. It won't get rid of it, but it helps manage it.0
