Somebody please define. When I do my abs/thighs/legs workout, I can't truly log it as cardio since my heart-rate isn't increasing dramatically, but I think I should be able to log it as *something*.

Did you ever get your HRM working? That's the best way to log calories burned no matter what exercise you do! I love using mine even when I clean!0

I didn't. It's still sitting on my counter waiting for me to take it to UPS to send it back to the mfg:/ I just googled it. lol0

Could log it as "strength training (weight lifting)" but still under the Cardio section.0
