Weakling

Ok. So I have never been that into exercise in my life. I played sports for several years until about 13, but quit everything after that. I was slender for a good part of my life, but I was really out of shape. Not very strong and running out of breath easily. lol I decided after 7.5 weeks of diet only that I was ready to do some exercise. I decided to buy a video to do at home. So I got the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, and tried it out today. A lot of people talked about circuit one being too easy, phew, I was in minute 14 and quit . I was tired and glistening, and my heart was going super fast. (I know that's the point.) Anyway, I think maybe I'll try it again this evening. Even if I only make it to that same stopping point that would be 28 minutes more of exercise than I do normally right? Am I the only weakling here?

It doesn't matter where you are, it only matters that you are striving to improve0

We were all weaklings starting out. Weak on food choice, weak at exercise motivation etcetera. We're here for ya!0

Hey, as you probably already know, exercise is something you need to ease yourself into. You made a good start! Just take it one step at a time. Dont go mental and overdo it as your more likely to injure yourself! Well done on giving it another shot. You'll get better and better, fitter and fitter before you know it! Best of luck hun x0

Level one kicked my *kitten*. It was an eye opener how weak I had become. Keep doing it and you will find that you get stronger and into better shape.0

Hannah I agree with everyone on here. You aren't a weakling It just takes some time to get back into it. Don't be hard on yourself if you don't make it the whole time (believe me I know it's easier said than done). You are doing more than you have been AND those who are still at home on their couch0
