I have several pictures out there of me before my lifestyle change and i just posted one up here of a friend and me. When i compare that picture with those that exsist today ... the difference is ... well, you have to see for yourself!!

Being 4' 10.5" and weighing over 150 is obese, unhealthy, and definitely not comfortable.

You hear someone is 150 lbs and you think ... that's not too bad ... HELL if you're 5' 8" .. you are PERFECT. But imagine your 11 year old weighing 150lbs ... that was me. I'm smaller than both my daughter ... significantly, and they are 11 and 13.

Weight loss is so hard for everyone, and keeping it off is even harder. I have a few friends that think I didn't really have a lot to lose. That's sort of an unfair statement. Body height is a HUGE factor.

I am 3lbs from my first goal and 13lbs from my ultimate goal.

Anyway .. i'm not going to let anyone rain on my parade.
Does anyone else have friends like that??? (guess she's not my friend, hugh?)

WHATEV ... I FEEL GOOD!!!

Oh honey I feel your pain! I am 4'11" and 144..and that is after losing 35 lbs. At my heaviest I was 189 lbs. I still need to lose 20 lbs but I've not made the huge commitment to go for my second goal yet. I'm healthy happy and the smallest I've been in many years. Here's to being a lil woman! :)
You are doing great and doesn't it suck that the BMI doesn't really work for us? lol.
