starting the 30 day shred and shed! anyone know the diet me

Hey everyone!
I have the dvd of 30 day shed and shred and wondered if there was a diet plan that went with it? or a guideline for how many calories i should be eating etc? I dont really need to loose weight, more just tone up and loose a few inches.. Wish me luck guys!

Weight today 171lbs
Height 5' 8''
Bust 95 cm
Waist 80cm
Hips 104cm

I have never ever stuck at a diet regime or exercise ever and I have done level one once and loved it although my body killed for 3 days after! So now I am going to get on track and get that bikini body i need - i live in southern france and its skinny central around here!

Any tips would be great if anyone has it.. i'll update daily

    I started it this week too! =] good luck! i've been just going by my calorie count on here. level one killed my quads for like 2 or 3 days haha but i'm back at it again!

    Just stick to your MFP values. Make sure you log the exercise and eat back the calories but barring that I'd just eat cleanly if you want the best results (nothing processed or with ridiculous ingredients) have a lot of water, drink some green tea if you like it..did me the world of good. Make sure you're getting energy food too so complex carbs like Wholemeal rice and lean proteins like chicken and turkey and certain fish and some banana's! You'll do great :)

    So last night I completed the Ripped in 30 week 1, I know this isn't shred in 30 but exercise all the same! Feeling pretty good today although last night towards the end of the dvd i couldnt lift my legs any more! Had a good banana and yog breakfast with a green tea - never had one of those before! not sure why people choose to drink green tea its pretty grim! anyway..
    Better get on with my day x
