I have being eating better, exercising and sticking to Mfp daily and I have lost over 14kg quickly. Been doing it since the 2nd of January so around 2 months.

I started loosing quick then it slowed right down to 1/2 pounds a week then started loosing quickly again. Feel great lots of energy but still worried about how quick I'm loosing.

Like I said sticking closely to Mfp reccomends ions for macros and calorie allowance. I don't feel like I'm loosing muscle or anything like that but surely it ain't all fat. I know a lot of it was probably down to sodium and as I am eating cleanly and having a hell of a lot of water a day I have probabably got rid of ll my excess water weight.

I swim once or twice a week, I only eat part of my calories back, I play squash once a week and usually eat back all of those calories.

I'm over the moon that I am still loosing well but is this going to be a problem? I'm not on any diet as such just trying to eat clean and reducing partitions of certain types of foods. I'm quite happy to eat things if I go out providing I ensure the est of the days calories are low.

Can't remember measurements off hand but all have edict quite a bit in these 2 months, I have gone from 131kg to 117kg. Anything to worry about?

Hope there isn't as I seem to be in the same boat as you! Lost 23lbs since mid jan. some exercise outside work, but mainly sticking to my limits on here.

I figure it's due to such as drastic change in diet from before (I lived on fast food and ready meals) and its my body's way of saying thanks lol.

    Just hope it keeps up!

Well you know Pamelad that I have been eating pretty much what I've being wanting too on occasion.

I honestly don't think there is a science to loosing weight or non as basic as calories in calories out.

    Weightloss can be so irratic!

You don't have to be on a specific 'diet' to lose weight healthy-like. Sounds like you are doing well, keep up the good work! =)

My other half has lost about the same as you and started at the same time as me. Apparently women take longer to loose weight is that correct?

That is what I have heard. I have no idea why this is true, but it seems to be the case overall.
