Im useless at knowing whats good for me and what isn't, so kinda in need for a diet plan what to eat day after day any idea? x

    Look at the public diaries of members, that should help you make choices. It's what I'm doing.

    Creating a weekly menu has greatly helped me. Start reading labels at the grocery store. Whole, natural foods are almost always the best way to go in terms of nutrition and/or low calories. Good luck! :)
  • It is like anything else. You must have knowledge and if you start to read and study recipes you can educate yourself.
