Knee surgert and rehab support

Hi all,
I have been doing this for over a year, and I have successfully taken off the 30 pounds I started as my goal. I'm still on here because i decided to lose another 10 after I got to the goal. During my fight to get fit and healthy I screwed up my knee, and after going to the doctors, i found I have a degenerative problem in both knees and I am having surgery the 1st week of April on one of them. So i am looking for new friends who have been through this and can be supportive as I go through it.

I really want to get back up and going quickly, not being able to do a whole lot with my current condition has kind of bummed me out and left me not as motivated. i don't want to lose what I have accomplished, so I would love your support. I try to be very supportive in response.
