My Yummy Lunch and Dinner today (pic)

278 calories- 6 g carbs, 21 g protein, 13 g fat

Makes 4 servings

16 oz chicken (chopped into small bite-size pieces)
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp lemon pepper

Sauté above ingredients for 5ish minutes (until the chicken looks 75% cooked) while you chop veggies:

2 C chard (cut into 1/2 in squares)
1 C carrots
1 C celery
2 C broccoli

Add veggies, and 1/4 C water, cover pan, stir occasionally 5-15 minutes (until veggies are done to your liking).

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!


PS: Because I use cast iron pans, I always add another 1 Tbsp of olive oil to my recipes (which I omitted in this post) so your calorie content might be a hitch different!
