Thoughts towards probiotics supplements?

I'm trying to stray from supplements and medicine.
But do you support them? I don't eat a lot of dairy. I'm slightly lactose intolerant, so I feel better when I don't eat any dairy.
I know digestive enzymes are really important. I have a TON of digestive issues, and I'm trying to find ways to fix them.
I'm hesitant to get probiotics. I don't really like relying on things that we've created, that aren't natural.
What are YOUR beliefs?
If you were to recommend a probiotic, which brand would you recommend? If you too, feel hesitant towards supplements, what alternative solutions have you found that work ?

From what I've read it would certainly sound like probiotics may offer relief from a range of digestive problems and are probably a good idea after taking antibiotics to restore your body's natural flora.0
