So, I'm so excited to know I'm about 8lbs away from my goal. I have been great at losing weight (over and over and over) so this time I want to learn maintenance. Where can I find out how to do it? I know the general rule is try to figure out how many calories/carbs you can intake and exercise- to even it out and not gain, not loose- but I need a little more direction than that. I'm terrified about entering into this phase without any knowledge about how to do it. I appreciate your help
