Does anyone know how to change settings for a low carbon, high protein diet?

    On the home page click on the goals tab, then custom settings, then there you go.

    There are 3 categories that make up calories: protein, fat, and Carbohydrates. To add to chammich's reply - there is no settings of carb, but...

    on the home page, you adjust:
    1. your calories intake
    2. set the percentage of Carbohydrates you want to maintain.

    This will adjust your fat and count. Protein most likely will remain the same (since it does not have any carbs. well, almost doesn't)

    For my setting I had to set my carb to 10% to achieve following results:

    My setting as follows
    Net Calories Consumed: 1200
    Carbohydrates 30g
    Protein 180g
    Fat 40g
