Strawberry-Banana Protein Smoothie

Servings: 3-4
Calories per serving: 180 - 200
Ingredients:
two bananas
5-7 strawberries
2 cups of yogurt (I used low fat pro-biotic from la yogurt)
1 scoop of vanilla soy protein powder
Procedure:
cut up the bananas and strawberries (after washing of course)
put the fruit into a blender
add two cups of yogurt to the blender
at one scoop of protein powder to the blender
add the sugar [if using] to the blender
blend until mixed
enjoy!
