i enjoy my zumba classes barefeet.and i jog on the spot for 30mins with intervals. i wear comfortable running shoes for the jog but recently ive noticed a few circular patches of dead skin under my toes. the dead skin is hard. i peeled some off and soaked my feet in water. my shoes are fine. but i dont know whats causing them .is it because i jog in place? and should this dead skin formation be worrying me or is it normal for runners? dont know ive never been a runner
thanks in advance! =]

With out looking at it it sounds like you are getting blisters. What you see is after they pop. Don't be worried soon enough they will turn in to callouses and you should eb fine.0
