I've got some in my fridge. Bought them for the first time to try for dinner tonight. I'm really hoping they taste decent. Fingers crossed for both of us.0

They don't actually have a flavor and the texture is a little different. Make sure you rinse them really well because they have kind of a funky smell. I don't do soy products any more because they act like weak estrogen and can mess with a woman reproductivity. I use zucchini noodles and shredded broccoli and carrots for my pasta noodles. much healthier for you!0

How is any food zero calories? A piece of lettuce even has calories.0

If you're looking for a pasta substitute, I've been using Spaghetti Squash with great success.. I -love- pasta and noodles and have been trying to stay away from carbs for the past couple months. The Squash is almost identical to spaghetti noodles in appearance and texture (slightly stiffer with a tiny crunch)... very tasty with a good light tomato sauce.0

I LOVE the Corn pastas. I can't eat wheat and I swear these taste so much better than regular pasta
Brands I think that are the best; to me anyway are "DeBoles" and "Quinoa Harvest". Yum!0 -

You just buy zucchini and by a spiralizer and make then yourself. Super easy!0 -
I LOVE them! No calories, no carbs, no guilt. LOL. They are a great replacement for pasta & very filling. I can't find them in stores though. I have to order them online & they are a little pricey. Spaghetti squash in place of pasta is much cheaper.0

I agree the squash is wonderful and you can do so much more with it. I love them0
