Pan Fried?

I'm new here, so please bear with me. When I search for boneless pork chops, I get many choices. I'm trying to figure out what is meant by pan fried? I know what pan fried means, but if it says pan fried in the description, does that mean the oil has already been calculated into the nutritional info? Thanks!

yes - the weight will also be the cooked weight.
I tend to go with raw weight, and account seperately for the amount of oil I used to cook it (i.e 1/4tbsp if I cooked 4 chopsin 1tbsp of oil and had one)0 -
Yes, the oul has been factored in. I have always assumed it was pre-cooked weight. Also, with regards to the oil, you don't know how much oil has been used so I would calculate the meat raw and the oil separately for a more accurate result.0

Ah... ok. I guess they provide the 'pan fried' listing for people dining out so they have a ballpark. I'll change my recipe and use the raw pork chop numbers. Thanks so much for the quick replies!0
