I started using this app on my phone about a month ago. It has been a great help to me. From my heaviest I have lost approximately 100lbs. I am about 20 lbs from my next big milestone, weighing under 400 for the first time in maybe 8 years. It hasn't been easy but I can't give up now. I am in the Omaha area and always looking for friends and support. It's nice to be here :)
