hello, my name is Rosie and i am new to the community, so i would like to say hello and glad to be here. i am bilingual (Mexican), i used adipex for about three weeks and just couldn't stand swallowing a pill everyday so i stopped taking them. i do have to say it did help me lose 30 pounds. i started out at 380 lbs and now am 350. my goal weight is 200 lbs no less. biggest problem is i am a picky eater. so i need to learn to eat healthier foods. this is going to be hard.

I understand. I just started taking adipex 2 weeks ago. At first I couldn't sleep at all, but once my energy level shot up and I was being much more active I was sleeping well again. I think that adipex alone isn't going to solve my problem. But when I use it together with MFP I am seeing huge results. I feel better than I ever have. And I am getting my kids involved in the workouts so it has become more of a family project.
Great job on your 30 lb. loss and keep positive. Maybe we can support each other?0
