Menu planner site or app?

I don't know if something like this exists out there, but I want a website or app that gives you a healthy meal plan based on your recommended calorie intake. But so you can edit it and change meats etc with it still giving you the total calories, plus a shopping list.
Does that make sense? lol.

ediets.com - but you have to pay for it. I paid for a couple months and then decided I had enough meal plans that I could do it on my own if I wanted. I can't remember if you can put in your own calorie count though - but it had a bunch of different plans available. It does a meal plan for you and then you can go in for each day and change whatever you didn't like. There was an option to print your grocery list based on your final choices.0
