You look amazingah! What does your typical workout routine/week look like, if you don't mind me asking?
Well I go to Curves for Women 3-5 times a week and go on the elliptical 3-5 times a week. When I started all I did was the elliptical. I also like to add walking into the mix.
With Curves I get strength/resistance training and a bit of cardio all in one workout.
Also lots of water is important.0
