I'm new to mfp and would love to make friends and get support. I'm 22 and my current weight is 236.4 and i am a UK size 16-18. My first goal is to get to 200 and then just go from there. (i'm 5'8 so what would be a healthy weight range for my height???). I'm here to make friends and get help and advice as after countless fad diets and useless attempts i finally want to get this excess weight off. Nice to meet you all,
