Runner's APRIL 30th

2.3 miles this morning before 10 miles cycling.
Either going to run or cycle again tonight.
I hope everyone is getting a chance to run outside in beautiful spring weather!

    10 miles on the bike for me today. Went to the gym in the evening and had a good stretch and a half-hour on the elliptical. I've got a nice run ahead of me tomorrow.

    Total 3.5 miles. 2.5 slow and steady and 1 at a faster pace. My first run since rolling my ankle 2 weeks ago and didn't want to do anything crazy.

    Sherry- I know you were signed up for the Broad Street Run. Are you still planning on running? I know injuries have been plaguing lately. I hope you're still able to make it!

    Hitting the gym this evening after my son's baseball game. I need to run 4 miles and do some weight training.

    Hi y'all! 8.25 miles for me today. It was great... planned on doing some strength training after, but then skipped it and went to the wading pool with my mom friends instead!!!

    3.2 miles tonight for a daily total of 5.5
    sweated off 3 pounds during tonights run, think I can count that as my daily weigh in! LOL :laugh: :laugh:

    Five for me today. This is a light week, no runs over 5, but then it is crunch time. I have a 20K scheduled for the last Sat. in May.

    No run today but did 40 min of yoga (Fountain of Youth- Tony's One on One) and then took a 3 mile walk w/ my dh after dinner.

    Tomorrow- rest.

    Saturday- Indy mini marathon!! :bigsmile:

    I did 8.5 today, I wanted to go farther but my body was tired from pilates that I had done the hour before... Happy running!
