I'm so frustrated with my calorie intake. Obviously I KNOW how to eat lots of calories since I'm so overweight. But it seems like every time I start my healthy eating I get full faster probably because I slow down and I'm not shoveling it in like I do with the processed or high fat foods. The problem is that I have trouble hitting my calorie goal without working out, then I work out and I get MORE calories. As of right now I'm at 1130 for the day, I could have eaten more for breakfast for sure, I only had oatmeal and I should have had some fruit with it as well and maybe a cup of milk but even if I had, I'd still be well below my goal caloric intake. This is mind boggling to me! This means that I still have 1025 calories remaining which are the ones I did not use and the ones I earned back for exercise. :noway:

Do you guys count only the calories before the exercise or the net calories? Because if I go with net, then I'll only be at 795. Any advice or support you can give would be GREATLY appreciated. Also if you have advice on how to get those calories in a healthy way that I'm not feeling overly full all the time that would be good too. I have started to incorporated some nuts and seeds in my diet too. Thanks!
