Plateau breaking=eat more calories

I have hit a plateau and have 9 lbs left to go. I have increased toning and strength training and am doing my cardio right after. I keep reading that people should increase their calorie intake to help them break a plateau. How much should I increase and for how long? Tips and advice please?

Need more info - what are your daily caloric goals, how long have you been losing, how fast, etc.0

I've been at 1200 for over three months. My weight has gone up since I started strength training, but the jiggly part seems to be the same or a bit less.0
