How do you know how many calories insanity burns? i tried looking it up in this database, but I didn't see anything...and I just don't know how to figure it out. Its what i've been doing for the last 2 weeks....0 -
I'll be in for this - could use the motivation as have been a bit useless when it comes to losing pound recently. Shame I can't use the 2400 calories I burned today on a 17.3 mile run!!!!

@emelou81 - you can use those calories! You can even go back and look at your exercise diary and see how far you are this week, or just join up next week. :-)
@cheesyvee - a heart rate monitor is the best way to verify your calorie burns but logging Insanity workouts as circuit training is probably a good place to start.
