New mom needing motivation

Hi Everyone! I am looking for some ladies to help me get motivated to lose weight. I just had my first baby 2 months ago and I hate the way my body looks. I was already large before getting pregnant (been trying to lose off and on for 6+ years) and although I have already lost the baby weight I am just not motivated to lose more. I want to, but a part of me figures I never will and it is hard to start, especially since my daughter takes up so much of my time. Any moms out their with advice on how to lose and raise a child, I would love to hear from you. Anyone who wants to add me as a friend just to try to help me get motivated to try and lose again would be great! I really just don't know where to start at this point. I used to count every calorie that I put in my body but I have gotten out of practice doing that and honestly at this point it seems impossible to find the time to do that. I know exercise is key and I try to walk whenever the weather is nice but it is not helping me lose because I am not watching what I eat. I just eat anything I find time to shove in really. Help!

    I am not a mom, but I am trying to lose 100lbs and to quit smoking. I would love to be you friend. We can support each other. I need to get my diaebets under control. I am disabled and stay at home and still have not been exercising. add me as a friend
  • Hi! I am probably not considered a bee mom since my little one is now 19 months, but I would love to have a buddy. I have over 100 pounds to lose and need to learn to put me first.
