I was super happy when I went shopping earlier looking for a low calorie bread that isn't the country grain one.
The Helga's Wholemeal sandwich thins look filling and low in calories. I'm yet to try them as I have them planned for tomorrow's lunch with tuna, light mayo and light jarlsberg cheese - grilled.
But I just wanted to share my discovery with everyone! They were marked as a new product in the Coles I went to.
I hope they taste good and are actually filling. I'll report back afterwards
