Egg Salad and/or Tuna Salad

My mom always made these with Miracle Whip when she mixed them together. What do you mix them with so it is not so high in calories? Any ideas?

I still use mayo. I just use reduced cal or reduced fat. I'm a human being on a "diet" and I'm still gonna enjoy my faves.0

I like Miracle Whip Light, but you made me wonder about trying Light Laughing Cow Cheese....hmmmmmm.0

For tuna and eggs, I mix it with one wedge of laughing cow swiss cheese. It's very yummy, trust me! And much less fattening!0

light hellmans. hellmans was my favorite mayo.. had to stick with it.0

With tuna, I use low fat plain yogurt and a smidge of mayo.0

I use Kraft olive oil mayo (45 cals/Tbsp) and I use a little less than I used to.0
