2. String Cheese (~80 cals)
3. Cottage Cheese w/ Pepper or Apple Sauce (~160 cals with the applesauce, w/o is around 100)
I always try to have some fresh fruit during the day and some cheese, I love the two a lot!0 -

1. black cherry Chobani Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder...so freakin' good!
2. vitatop muffins- my favs are the deep chocolate and the banana choco chip
3. fruit smoothies- frozen fruit, protein powder, and milk...haven't made one lately though cause I've been so dang busy. Now I really want a smoothie!0 -

Ooooh I want to find those Fiber One bars! Normally, I just get a regular PB or chocolate one!

2% Greek Yogurt with frozen (thawed) blue berries and fresh red raspberries and a little sweetner (I make my own yogurt)
