My top 3 snacks are-
1. 1 tbsp of hummus with 2 mini pitas (88 cal for all of it)
2. a fuji apple
3. sliced cucumber or tomato with salt and pepper0 -

Ooooh I want to find those Fiber One bars! Normally, I just get a regular PB or chocolate one!
As of now...
1) Apple or banana with PB
2) Kashi dark choc cherry or pumpkin bars, Fiber One choc or PB bars, Nature Valley dark chocolate bars

Okay, here goes...
greek yogurt
94% fat free popcorn (sometimes I drizzle a little olive oil over the top and sprinkle a little salt)
cottage cheese and fruit, usually bananas or some type of berry0 -

1) Quaker Chewy Lowfat granola bars, lots of flavors only 90 cal
2) Pop Secret mini bags different flavors 100 cal

Dark chocolate covered almonds with sea salt (Trader Joes)
2% Greek Yogurt with frozen (thawed) blue berries and fresh red raspberries and a little sweetner (I make my own yogurt)
Candies Pineapple (call me Slughorn!)0 -
Right now:
1) carrots
2) grapes
3) pistachios
I tend to rotate the fruit and veggies based on what's on sale and what we have in the house. I also rotate through yogurt, cheese sticks, almonds and triscuits.
Carrots are very portable so I usually have them as my "on the road" snack when I'm leaving work so I'm not famished when I walk through the door and eat the first junk food that crosses my path.0 -

1. Angie's Artisan Kettle Corn lite - 120 cals, 2+ cups serving, 3 grams fiber, a bit of protien and not very high in sodium
2. Laughing Cow cheese wedge on 1/2 a Wasa cripsbread - 80 cals for that cheese and cracker fix
3. Skinny Cow Chocolate Truffle Ice cream bar - 100 cals, 3 grams of fiber, 20% of your daily calcium and a bit of protien0 -
There are so many good ideas on here. Made me a list. Maybe I wont get bored now. I seem to alway eat the same thing.

salty : 0% greek yougurt w/ dried dill weed, garlic powder (dash), salt to taste, chopped cukes (semi-tadziki sauce) topped w/ 1/2 a serving of crushed baked pita chips (we call it yogurt w/ crunchies)

sweet: fruit, whatever i bought at costco because it looked the freshest.
when in season, i've been known to devour large (and therefore high calorie) quantities of fresh tomatoes topped with a pinch of salt and fresh cracked pepper.0 -

2. Cascadian Farms organic almond butter crunchy granola bars
3. Naturally Preferred organic applesauce
4. Cucumbers and baby carrots with Greek yogurt ranch dip or hummus0 -
1. granny smith applesauce by mott's
2. pistachio lovers by planters
3. popcorners cheesy jalapeno flavor0 -
1. frozen strawberries
2. hummus with baked flat bread "chips"
3. Laughing cow light cheese and mini pretzels0 -

A favorite is 90 calorie fiber one brownies. Also love Fiber one bars!! Oh and love hot chocolate from Trader Joes!0
