Working on a new me

I've decided to seriously work on a new me and not only exercise but change my eating habits as well. I usually do one or the other but never both at the same time. I want to lose 30lbs by my birthday May 18th and a total of 100lbs by Feb. 2013 I would like to have encouraging people in my corner who are charismatic and motivational.:smile:

    You can do this. I just recently started working on myself, too and I'm hoping to be in better shape by 30 than I was at 20.
