I don't have an SO, but I am not ashamed of my body at all. Every wrinkle, scar, fat roll, etc has a story to tell. I am confident with myself and don't have a problem being naked. I even own sexy nighties because I like feeling sexy even without an SO. Love yourself first, and the rest will come...if you feel this way now, you will still feel this way after weight loss, so get comfortable in your own skin.

I have been single for over 5 years because I'm ashamed of my body and hate people seeing it. it makes me sick to the stomach to even think about it. We all have our own hang ups. I think if I lost some more weight my confidence would come back...

i walk around naked all day everyday and my husband LOVES it. no i don't have an amazing body and im FAT and i HATE my body but i also like to be naked and lol the husband is a man who loves him some naked-ness lol. he loves my body fat and all, because to him its just a part of me, i wasn't this big when we got married i was smaller and NOTHING has changed even with my weight gain which has been about 60 pounds. if he loves you now he will love you even when he sees your belly.

That being said my HUSBAND is the shy one, i can hardly get him to take his shirt off even during sex because even though he is smaller then me and is very attractive he just doesn't feel comfy with it, i love his body too even his wittle belly lol. if you love each other then it shouldn't matter and if it does bother which im sure it wont, your on here loosing weight and he will understand that its a process that takes some times.

Absolutely not! My husband is my best friend! He is the normal, average weight male who, I think, is a pretty attractive guy. He always tells me that he loves me no matter what. I'm always flooded with compliments from him like how sexy I am. I know he really means this because of the way he looks at me and touches and grabs me like I have a tight, fit body. (TMI sorry!) It is amazing to me that he can look at me this way because trust me, I have tipped the scales at some high numbers. However, I never feel embarrassed. You should never feel ashamed around your husband/spouse. It breaks my heart that you feel uncomfortable.

Yeah I feel that way. He is constantly telling me I am beautiful and his um body seems to agree , but I still feel uncomfy.
