What do I log it as?

Hi there, please forgive my ignorance but I am confused as to how I should log a certain exercise activity and I am hoping that someone with a bit more experience could help me?
For medical reasons I have had to forego my ususal exercise routines in favor of a sitting arm workout. It consists of lifiting your arms up and down in various angles for at least 20 reps per position whilst holding small weights. The routine takes around 10 - 15 minutes to complete, here is the link if anyone is interested http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vExTRBVaMt4 and is a pretty good little workout.
My question is, is this a cardio workout or do I need to log it as weight reps?
