Experience with Kalenji HRM anyone?

I read a lot here about how HRM's help keep people motivated during their workout and am keen to try. I don't really want to spend much to satisfy that curiosity and I'm not after the higher end features such as GPS. Really all I want to track is an accurate heart rate during my workout.

The Decathlon shop here in the UK have various the Kalenji hear rate monitors as low prices. Normally I assume low price=low quality but I've bought quite a lot of Decathlon products this past year and have never been sorry.

I couldn't find any review online and wondered if anyone here had any feedback they could share.

Thanks.

I know someone in UK commented on getting a CardioSport for cheap over there, and that has some nice features. Had one they made for Performance bike.

    Especially if cheap:
Make sure you can replace both strap and monitor batteries yourself. Likely to be cheap batteries, and/or cheap electronics that will waste them quickly.
Make sure it will give you a post workout average HR. It's nice if that is based on you hitting a start/stop button too, not just putting it on which makes the AHR incorrect then.
Nice if gym use with a lot of other HRM users around - digital, less interference. Problem is it'll probably be incompatible with gym equipment if you want it to also display the HR while using it. But minor annoyance.
So if not a lot of other gym users, and you do want machines to read it - analog.

As far as accuracy, not sure if Kalenji is chest strap based or wrist or finger based HR reading. Chest best.
