Yes, I totally know how that can happen. It was a frequent occurrence when I was younger. In my case all it took was a bit more sodium than usual (which isn't much in my case) and that TOM. Then boom, overnight I gain 5-8 lbs. I'd usually lose 1-2 the day before, then go up the day of. It's incredibly annoying.0
