Calorie Changes with Weight Loss

Hello. I have been losing weight off this site which is awesome. However, I have noticed with the more weight I lose the calories I burn during cardio lessens. For example, I remember doing 40 minutes of spinning I should have burned approx 407 calories. Today, I went to log it in and it said 379 calories burned for the same amount of time. Also, my friend joined this site and she does weigh more than me but when we logged in the same aerobics class she should have burned more calories than me. How is this possible?

yep less weight is less burn
I don't know about your friend maybe it was a glitch. You know you can change the calories burned manually on the site maybe she did that without realizing it. I change it manually all the time. Example walking 30 mins burns 1 calorie.0 -
If weigh more you burn more. I know it's disappointing seeing the cals go down but just think - it's because you're getting fitter!0

It's is disheartening to see the calorie burn go down - but that means you're doing something right.
[You're body is working as hard to lug all that extra weight around while it does the exercise!]0 -
