12 Week Body & Lifestyle Challenge Update

On the 12th Jan I signed up to the USN 12 week body & lifestyle challenge. I thought I would post how im getting on so far, I lost a bit of motivation recently after a weekend on my stag do but after re visiting my progress measurements I am back in focus!!!
I have 5 weeks left so its time to up the ante!!
Here are my stats-
Start weight - 13st 13. Current weight - 13st 4
Measurements in cm S - start C - current
Biceps - s - 32.2. C - 35 + 2.5cm
Chest - S - 103 C - 107 + 4cm
Abs - S - 104 C - 101 -3cm
Waist - S - 94 C - 90 -4cm
Right thigh - S - 56.5. C - 58.5 + 2cm
I also measured right calf but the difference was too much so 1st measurement must have been out! Current calf = 41cm
So iv lost 9lbs on the challenge so far and nearly a stone this year which is good. Measurements have all gone the right way !!
Is anyone else doing anything like this??

That's a great result! I know I should take my measurements, but I never do... But I'm going to set a reminder to do it tonight now after reading this0

Thanks guys, it is so easy to get wrapped up in the number on the scales but actually your measurements will tell you alot more. Everything is going the right way even if the scales dont tell you that.
I will now make a concious effort to take measurements every 2-3 weeks.0
