Scale failure

So I gained this week. I think I knew that was going to happen Thursday or Friday and instead of really watching what I ate and trying to get extra exercise in - I allowed it.
As bad as it is (and as hard as it is to see 3 pounds added back on so quickly) I think it was a wake up call this morning also. A few "stupid" days and all the work from the previous week or two is gone.
So time to get back to tracking EVERYTHING and starting to exercise on a more regular basis.
