nutrients per 100 gram?

I cook a lot of one pan meals using my own imagination. To figure out how much calories and other nutrients are in a portion i use the recipe calculator on here. But this only gives how much calories are in a serving.
Quite often i dont really know how much servings a meal has, or how big a serving is. I struggled with portion control before i started MFP. So i would really like to know a way of figuring out how i can calculate my calories and nutrients per weight unit instead of serving.
Does anyone know how to do that?
