Help...not losing like I expected

Hello all,
In the past, I've lost considerable weight on Weight Watchers. About 18 months ago, I injured my foot and was unable to run (I'm a marathoner and running is not only my preferred exercise, but my mental health time.) Being an 'all or nothing' kind of gal, I didn't attempt another form of exercise and put on about 25 lbs. Now it's time to work that weight off. I'm tired of being this weight and I want to be back to my 'normal' size again. I'm still unable to run, so I've been mixing things up with the elliptical/bike/treadmill, working out at least 4 and mostly 5 days a week for the past three weeks. I also feel like I'm doing well at following my calorie count. The problem is, I'm really not losing. I started at 177, went down to 173.5 and am now at 175.5.
Suggestions? Thoughts? I'm seriously wondering if I should switch back to Weight Watchers, but really like the fact that I'm calorie counting with my husband and that this is free!
Thanks!
