new to MFP!

Hello everyone! I've been trying to lose some weight for a while and I've been decent at it (eleven pounds since September!), but I'd like some motivation for these last 11! I need to start eating well and exercising more to get there, and I think some friends and encouragement and accountability will help. I'm 29, 5'4", 136 pounds right now. I gained 30 pounds a couple of years ago because of a prescription I was on. Now that I'm done with the mess I'm trying to get back to my pre-med weight of 125. Anyone want to be friends??

    Hey - This site is great for that motivational support and encouragement. Ive noticed that when you make MFP part of your daily routine you see results. Ill send a friend request. Lets motivate and push each other as we reach our goals.

    You never have to many friends feel free to request... we all have struggles and MFP is great if you stick to it....

    We motivate each other and a kick in the butt when needed ... you will love it.
