Low Carb Breakfast Ideas

I am looking for low-carb breakfast ideas (less than 25g carbs) with between 20-30g protein. Any ideas?

I am stumped, as I really do not like eggs.

    Y U no like eggs? I used to not like them until I discovered a few different ways of making them.
  • Have you tried crustless quiche? It's obviously made with eggs but if you add enough spinach, cheese, some pepper, maybe some ham...it doesn't have the traditional egg taste. (It's extremely high in protein and very low carbs)

    Not sure how you feel about protein shakes, but I love the EAS Carb Control Advantedge shake in chocolate- 17g protein and 4 carbs. I usually have them every night after I finish working out, but sometimes grab one for breakfast if I'm in a hurry.

    Don't limit yourself to traditional "breakfast" foods. 4 oz of turkey breast on a flour or corn tortilla would fit right into those macros, for about 200 calories.

    Fish - peppered mackerel or smoked salmon.

    Yoghurt - natural yoghurt with nuts and seeds for protein

    Cheese - how about a continental style breakfast with slices of cheese and cooked deli meats? Or mix ham, tomatoes and blue cheese cubes together?
