Gone from doing what i feel is ok to more interval type training, so for example, 2 minutes quick walk then 1 minute very fast walk. Same on the rowing maching, 2 mins at 32 strokes per min then one minute at 38 per min, always ending the excercise on the faster time to keep the heart beating.
Just started to really get into this & enjoy the demand.
Anyone else doing this kind of excercise?
