Hello there,
I've had a fantastic first week of sticking to a program. So far I've lost 4 lbs and I've very happy about it. When I get out of bed in the morning I'm excited to hop on the scale and see my progress. I want to use MFP as it is intended so I'm asking for friends so we can support each other.

Yeah buddy! I have recently started using MFP after using the Daily Plate. I switched b/c MFP will actually let me add things manually like my Chipotle orders, etc. So far while using this tool I have lost over a pound and also .2% in body fat. If you do not have an electronic body fat analyzer I highly recommend it! Here is a link to purchase the one I have, it works very well and is pretty accurate (http://compare.ebay.com/like/330555779335?var=lv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar). I use it to make sure that I am actually losing body fat and not muscle. It is also useful b/c if you have resistance training in your program, you may not see the scale go down due to muscle growth, it may even go up. However, if the scale goes up but your body fat goes down, then you just put on muscle that will help you burn more calories at rest anyways. Look forward to supporting everyone!0
