Morning Motivation

I have been working 60-70 hour long work weeks. Sitting at a desk all day. Throughout the week. On the weekends. I am going crazy! I have been insanely tired!
Considering I have no motivation when I get home from work at night to do a decent workout, I have been attempting to get up around 5 AM. I figure that gives me enough time for an hour long workout, shower, and then leave for work at 7. The problem is... my alarm goes off in the morning. I know I don't HAVE to get up. And I reset it to give me enough time for a shower. No workout.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to motivate myself to get out of the bed in the morning?
